(10) Blood borne pathogen training is required annually per Labor & Industries requirements, staff have not completed it annually. (12)(a) Current food handler cards were not on file for 3 lead teachers and all assistant teachers and aides. (3)(b) Two assistants and one aide who work unsupervised with children have not completed the Child Care Basics training as required. (4)(5)(6)(7) 2 assistants and 1 aide do not have documentation of completion of the Mandated Reporting, Emergency Preparedness, Abusive Head Trauma, and Families Experiencing Homelessness trainings (8) Staff who provide care to infants were not up to date on Infant Safe Sleep training, it had expired in October 2021 (9) 1 lead teacher has not completed Medication Management training as required
